How do I collect testimonials?
It is very simple. You generate a unique link inside your dashboard and send it to your client. They click the link and record a video or write a text review instantly. They do not need to log in or create an account.
Can I import existing reviews?
Yes. You can upload a CSV file with all your existing data. We will import everything into your new dashboard so you have one source of truth.
Is there a free trial?
No, we do not offer a free trial. We believe our pricing is fair from day one. Our $5 plan costs less than a Venti Caramel Latte at Starbucks.
Why is there no yearly plan?
We hate "Zombie Revenue." We don't want to lock you in with a contract or profit from you forgetting to cancel. We want to earn your business every single month. If we stop being useful, you should be free to leave.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. We offer unlimited video hosting, unlimited text reviews, and unlimited spaces. We do not cap your growth. We only ask that you respect our Fair Usage Policy.
What is the difference between the $5 and $10 plan?
The features are identical. The only difference is branding. $5 Plan: Your widgets will show a small "Powered by Say About Us" badge. $10 Plan: There is no branding at all. Your widgets look 100% like your brand.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime in your settings. We won't break your website. Your widgets will simply downgrade to the branded version. We also retain your data for 30 days so you can transition peacefully.
